We are pleased to introduce our new Chief Information Security Officer, Markus Selnes Moss
Markus comes from a background in the security industry, where he has worked with high availability systems and their security for over 5 years at one of the world's largest security corporations. His role has encompassed aspects of both business and technical security, as well as work in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). Therefore, he possesses the "traditional" background of a CISO with a strong technical aspect, while also having above-average interest in implementing security solutions that should be an integral part of the products and services we deliver.
Markus’s mentality is that security should always be a natural part of the portfolio, not something added on.
Asked why he wanted the role in Globetech, Markus answered;
“I joined Globetech because it seemed like a solid and forward-thinking company that was well-established in the market but genuinely interested in development. At the same time, it appealed to me for a change in industry, opportunities for professional growth, as well as the company's values and structure.
After 3.5 years of working from home, I also appreciated the opportunity to rejoin a physical professional environment. I have been welcomed with open arms, and together with my colleagues, we will continue to build a secure and robust Globetech for the future.”
