Globetech AS continues to grow and solidify its position as a leading player in maritime IT and digitalization. We are now welcoming three new colleagues—each bringing impressive experience and expertise that will help propel the company further into the future.

Vegard Håverstad – Senior Network Architect

Vegard joins Globetech with a solid background from international technology companies, including NOV, where he held leading roles in global network infrastructure. With over 20 years of experience in IT operations, security, and project management, Vegard brings a strategic understanding of complex network environments—especially within the offshore and maritime sectors. His ability to combine technical depth with operational efficiency makes him a valuable asset in Globetech’s continued focus on secure and scalable solutions at sea.

Carl-Gustav Christensen – Chief Commercial Officer

Carl-Gustav has broad experience from technology companies and organizational work. He possesses strong business acumen and the ability to see the big picture in complex projects. At Globetech, he will contribute with strategic advisory, partnership development, and support to the leadership team in positioning the company for further growth—both nationally and internationally.

Lars Knoll – Senior CCTV Engineer

Lars is 41 years old and brings over 12 years of experience from Hernis in Arendal, where he worked in project management, product development, and technical support for CCTV solutions in offshore and industrial settings. He has extensive expertise in certifications such as ATEX/IECEx and DNV, and has worked with ERP systems and product databases. At Globetech, Lars will further develop our CCTV solutions and serve as our in-house expert in the field. With his experience and insight into industry requirements, we are strengthening our commitment to technical quality and compliance.
